perpetual peace

Kant was not the first to talk about perpetual peace but they talk of this perpetual peace with enough autonomy and rigor

The proposal of Kant perpetual peace is based on the creation of a Federation of independent States. They must provide as garanties  of the rule of law and underpinned by a Republican Constitution,  to garantie the freedom of its citizens.

 Kant said the peace it is not the natural state of man and, consequently, it must be established. Kant said that the citizen should act as co-legislator, taking part in the direction of the society which is one of the key points which indicates Kant, is that "no State should interfere by force in the Constitution and Government of other" this Treaty's

The objective is to find a global structure and the prospect of Government for each of the States in particular that favours peace.
